At Nativ Origins, we take pride in the quality of what we make and the care we put into every order. This page explains how cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds work—clearly and simply.
Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch
- You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once approved, the full order amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 4–7 business days.
*Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Returns & Replacements
Since our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns. However, we’re happy to help in the following cases:
- The product was damaged during transit
- You received a wrong or incorrect item
- There is a manufacturing defect
To raise a request:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share your order number and clear photos of the issue
Eligible requests will be reviewed and approved by our team.
Replacements & Refunds
Replacements
- If approved, we will send a replacement of the same product at no extra cost.
- Replacements are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days after approval.
Refunds
- If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
